01Geltungsbereich
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der mobilen App Stille — Meditations-Timer. Mit dem Download und der Nutzung der App akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen.
02Leistungsbeschreibung
Die App Stille bietet folgende Funktionen:
- Meditations-Timer mit Glocken-Sound
- Atemübungen (4-7-8, Box Breathing, 2-4)
- Stimmungs-Tracking vor und nach Sessions
- Tages-Streak und Statistiken
- Tägliche Erinnerungsfunktion
- Dunkelmodus und Mehrsprachigkeit (DE, EN, TR)
03Testphase und kostenpflichtige Nutzung
7 Tage kostenlos: Nach der Installation steht die App 7 Tage lang mit vollem Funktionsumfang kostenlos zur Verfügung. Eine Zahlungsmethode ist während der Testphase nicht erforderlich.
Nach der Testphase ist zur weiteren Nutzung eine der folgenden Optionen erforderlich:

Die aktuellen Preise sind in der App und im Google Play Store einsehbar.
04Abonnement und Zahlung
Abonnements werden über Google Play abgewickelt und verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende der aktuellen Laufzeit gekündigt werden. Die Abrechnung erfolgt über das mit Google Play verknüpfte Konto.
Eine Kündigung ist jederzeit über die Google Play-Einstellungen möglich. Nach der Kündigung bleibt der Zugang bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums bestehen.
Der Lifetime-Kauf gewährt lebenslangen Zugang zu allen Funktionen ohne weitere Zahlungen.
05Rückerstattung
Rückerstattungen werden gemäß den Richtlinien von Google Play abgewickelt. Innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach dem Kauf kann über Google Play eine Rückerstattung beantragt werden.

06Datenspeicherung
Alle Nutzerdaten werden ausschließlich lokal auf dem Gerät gespeichert. Es erfolgt keine Übertragung an externe Server. Details entnehmen Sie unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
07Haftungsausschluss
Die App dient ausschließlich zur Unterstützung der persönlichen Meditation und Entspannung. Sie ersetzt keine medizinische oder psychologische Behandlung. Bei gesundheitlichen Problemen wenden Sie sich bitte an einen Arzt oder Therapeuten.
Der Anbieter haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung oder Nichtnutzung der App entstehen.
08Änderungen der Nutzungsbedingungen
Der Anbieter behält sich vor, diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Nutzer werden über wesentliche Änderungen informiert. Die weitere Nutzung der App gilt als Zustimmung zu den geänderten Bedingungen.
09Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Velbert, Deutschland.

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the mobile app Stille — Meditation Timer. By downloading and using the app, you accept these terms.
02Services
The Stille app offers the following features:
- Meditation timer with bell sound
- Breathing exercises (4-7-8, Box Breathing, 2-4)
- Mood tracking before and after sessions
- Daily streak and statistics
- Daily reminder function
- Dark mode and multilingual support (DE, EN, TR)
03Trial Period and Paid Access
7 days free: After installation, the app is available free of charge with full functionality for 7 days. No payment method is required during the trial period.
After the trial period, one of the following options is required to continue using the app:

Current prices are shown in the app and in the Google Play Store.
04Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing occurs through the account linked to Google Play.
Cancellation is possible at any time through Google Play settings. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.
The lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all features without further payments.
05Refunds
Refunds are processed according to Google Play policies. Within 48 hours of purchase, a refund can be requested through Google Play.

06Data Storage
All user data is stored exclusively on the device. No data is transmitted to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
07Disclaimer
The app is intended solely to support personal meditation and relaxation. It does not replace medical or psychological treatment. For health issues, consult a doctor or therapist.
The provider is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the app.
08Changes to Terms
The provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changed terms.
09Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Velbert, Germany.

02Hizmetler
Stille uygulaması aşağıdaki özellikleri sunar:
- Zil sesiyle meditasyon zamanlayıcısı
- Nefes egzersizleri (4-7-8, Kutu Nefesi, 2-4)
- Seans öncesi ve sonrası ruh hali takibi
- Günlük seri ve istatistikler
- Günlük hatırlatıcı işlevi
- Karanlık mod ve çok dil desteği (DE, EN, TR)
03Deneme Süresi ve Ücretli Erişim
7 gün ücretsiz: Kurulumdan sonra uygulama 7 gün boyunca tam işlevsellikle ücretsiz kullanılabilir. Deneme süresi boyunca ödeme yöntemi gerekmez.
Deneme süresinin ardından uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek için aşağıdaki seçeneklerden biri gereklidir:

04Abonelik ve Ödeme
Abonelikler Google Play üzerinden işlenir ve mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir. Faturalandırma Google Play'e bağlı hesap üzerinden gerçekleşir.
İptal her zaman Google Play ayarlarından yapılabilir. İptalin ardından, ödenen sürenin sonuna kadar erişim devam eder.
Ömür boyu satın alma, ek ödeme olmaksızın tüm özelliklere kalıcı erişim sağlar.
05İadeler
İadeler Google Play politikalarına göre işlenir. Satın almadan itibaren 48 saat içinde Google Play üzerinden iade talep edilebilir.

06Veri Depolama
Tüm kullanıcı verileri yalnızca cihazda depolanır. Harici sunuculara veri aktarımı yapılmaz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikamıza bakın.
07Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama yalnızca kişisel meditasyon ve rahatlama desteği için tasarlanmıştır. Tıbbi veya psikolojik tedavinin yerini almaz. Sağlık sorunları için bir doktora veya terapiste danışmanız önerilir.
Sağlayıcı, uygulamanın kullanımı veya kullanılmaması nedeniyle oluşan zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
08Koşullardaki Değişiklikler
Sağlayıcı bu koşulları istediği zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Kullanıcılar önemli değişiklikler hakkında bilgilendirilecektir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, değiştirilen koşulların kabulünü oluşturur.
09Uygulanacak Hukuk
Alman hukuku geçerlidir. Yetkili mahkeme Velbert, Almanya'dır.
