Die App speichert ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät:
- Anzahl und Dauer Ihrer Meditations-Sessions
- Tages-Streak
- Stimmungsbewertungen vor und nach Sessions
- App-Einstellungen (Sprache, Dunkelmodus, Erinnerungszeit)
Es werden keine Daten an externe Server übertragen.
02Kein Tracking, keine Werbung
Die App verwendet keinerlei Tracking-Tools, Analytics-Dienste oder Werbenetzwerke.
03Benachrichtigungen
Die optionale Erinnerungsfunktion verwendet nur das lokale Benachrichtigungssystem Ihres Geräts.
04Keine Registrierung erforderlich
Die Nutzung der App erfordert keine Erstellung eines Benutzerkontos.
05Löschung der Daten
Durch Deinstallation der App werden alle Daten vollständig gelöscht.

The app stores exclusively on your device:
- Number and duration of your meditation sessions
- Daily streak
- Mood ratings before and after sessions
- App settings (language, dark mode, reminder time)
No data is transmitted to external servers.
02No tracking, no advertising
The app does not use any tracking tools, analytics services, or advertising networks.
03Notifications
The optional reminder function uses only the local notification system of your device.
04No registration required
Using the app does not require creating a user account.
05Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app will completely remove all stored data.
