01Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the mobile app Stille — Meditation Timer. By downloading and using the app, you accept these terms.
02Services
The Stille app offers the following features:
- Meditation timer with bell sound
- Breathing exercises (4-7-8, Box Breathing, 2-4)
- Mood tracking before and after sessions
- Daily streak and statistics
- Daily reminder function
- Dark mode and multilingual support (DE, EN, TR)
03Trial Period and Paid Access
7 days free: After installation, the app is available free of charge with full functionality for 7 days. No payment method is required during the trial period.
After the trial period, one of the following options is required to continue using the app:

Current prices are shown in the app and in the Google Play Store.
04Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing occurs through the account linked to Google Play.
Cancellation is possible at any time through Google Play settings. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.
The lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all features without further payments.
05Refunds
Refunds are processed according to Google Play policies. Within 48 hours of purchase, a refund can be requested through Google Play.

06Data Storage
All user data is stored exclusively on the device. No data is transmitted to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
07Disclaimer
The app is intended solely to support personal meditation and relaxation. It does not replace medical or psychological treatment. For health issues, please consult a doctor or therapist.
The provider is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the app.
08Changes to Terms
The provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changed terms.
09Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Velbert, Germany.
